Prior Lake sits on a chain of lakes that shapes nearly every project we take on here. Shoreline grading, drainage runs that account for high water tables, and yard work on lots that slope toward the water all require a different approach than a flat inland build. We have been working in Prior Lake since we started the company in 2009, and most of our calls in this area come from homeowners updating older lakeshore properties or contractors prepping new lots in the developments north and south of the lake.
